Purpose and legal basis of data processing – What do we use your data for?

Data processing for the provision of contractual services

We process personal data in order to process our contractual relationships and in order to provide contractual offers tailored to requirements. The collection of the data takes place in particular for the completion of a contract.

We collect with all forms obligatorily only those personal data, which are necessary for the completion of the contractual relations and/or for your information inquiry. This questions may be marked with an asterisk. The collection of data, which is not absolutely necessary, but is of interest to us in order to optimise the fulfilment of our services, is only optional. Log-files

Each time our websites are accessed, usage data is transmitted by the respective web browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be merged with other data sources. We do reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

Categories of receipt of personal data

Duration of data storage

In principle, we delete your data as soon as they are no longer required for the respective purpose, unless temporary storage is still necessary. The storage periods are then up to ten full years. We also retain your data for the period in which claims can be made against our company (statutory limitation period of three or up to thirty years).
